and of course i wont quit, I just wish NA had gotten at LEAST one more Legacy server.. I'm so sad and SE's oversight on how many NA players would want to come to a Legacy server..

Anyone ever had an issue with the software token resetting? not sure if it happened yesterday or today, but my token has reset on my android, but it appears to still be attached to the account. In other words when i open the app i get the registration screen asking for "registration password" which I am unable to obtain due to not being able to login to my account with the "one time password"
At this point the software token has been more trouble then it is worth. Maybe they are trying to push me to buy one of the keychain ones....
ETA: After doing some research it appears the data is saved in the phones cache; this is a common issue and another example of lazy programming. I think I may just walk away from the game at this point. Many more out there that not only have more to do, but they actually function too.

Didn't bother with the software token. It messed me up bad enough with the Blizzard one.

The blizzard actually saved me a couple times when someone tried to get in my account on D3, but i understand that one had a "back up" if your cache got cleared. i believe at some point when my phones batterydoctor came up i hit "optomize" which cleared the cache. It seems i'm dead in thewater until someone from SE removes it from my account. Theydont work on the weekend though, but maybe they will get to it tomorrow.

Hyperion if you can get in. We chose it originally because it was the last popular of the NA servers. That changed quickly.

Just dont clear your cache without getting your emergency removal password from account management. I'm still waiting on an email response, and then who knows what kind of verification process i have to go through to get it removed.

It's not too bad. But yeah, hang on to that password. It should be on your main SE account page.
