No, because half the nurses are LPNs, over worked and under staffed. Best one, told them they didn't carry clear diabetic diets to just eat slow he'd be fine.

OLOL rotates nurses a lot. The young, enthusiastic ones that usually work the best leave after a few years. The crappy ones stay forever it seems.
And, don't tell them I said this, but by in large night nurses are lazy, ill-tempered, bitches. They either never do anything you ask, or do stuff you don't ask that doesn't help and just creates more work for the doc.

The best night nurses I've had so far have been guys and they have been excellent.

Guys tend to take the night better, but they're also the ones who will call you at 0330 to read you the patients perfectly normal vitals.

Hey guys, this is my first post on this board, but i have lurked since the beginning of the OB and i just wanted to say that y'all hunters and fisheremens are my heros and when my pow pow gives me his old truck, i'm gonna start hunting and fishing, cooking and drinking cause i like wine and especially White Ziff and Dale and stuff..

Haven't had Internet access until about an hour ago. None of you bastards picked up the slack.
