Anybody else given it a listen? Typical Cole with good lyricism, but hoping the Album has a different sound than this.
There's also a feature from the G.O.A.T. 2 Chainz that may help settle the current debate going on

Kenny Lofton is so nice. My favorite rapper comes through again
Really hope Canei Finch blows up as a producer soon. I love his samples, but he needs to change his style up a tad so he doesn't get stale.

Hard to tell which one you're referring to b/c they both killed that song.

I'm expecting big things outta Born Sinner!
Cole is easily the most consistent rapper at making quality tracks right now, so even when his songs aren't bangers they're still good.

Same here, same here. I agree, he's very consistent, and like you said, he's very diversified. He's got his fair share of hits, but also puts out so many of those real deep songs that you can relate to.

May is a good month for mixtapes so far: J.Cole now, Logic in 6 days and possibly Dreamchasers 3 sometime later this month (recently delayed from May 6th)

I had a feeling DC3 was gonna be pushed back. But Meek did say he'll release some songs on May 6, so I guess that's better than nothing.

As is the case with most mixtapes. Surprisingly, it sometimes seems that certain mixtapes are more anticipated than albums so they have to pay more attention to make sure it is the way they want.

If the album's production is like "Power Trip," then this will be a great album because it is a given that J. Cole will provide great lyrics and flow.

Ok after listening to this mixtape again it's really growing on me, and I thought it was great on my first listen. "Chris Tucker" has a really catchy hook. It's my second favorite song Cole has made (behind "Power Trip"), and all the other songs are great, mainly because of Cole's fantastic flow.

I really like Chris Tucker song. But someone explain this line to me..
"If you a bitch and Im a bitch Im Cheryl Swoopes and you Hoopz n*gga." - J. Cole.
Like, WTF
