Positive draft for Jags fans. The universe can't have that so it was obviously time to step in and have this fricking moron do something stupid again.

Nailed it.

We have an excellent off-season, excellent draft, and then this guy goes and does this.

Blackmon's suspension will cost him $289,754 of his $1.231 million base salary in 2013 and could potentially void nearly $11 million in guaranteed money from his 2013 through 2015 contract years.

Goodell trying to keep the Blackmon down, IMO.

It's looking like it's due to weed. I think weed should be legal, but for frick's sake, I don't care how good it makes you feel it's not worth hundreds of thousands, or millions, of dollars. Aside from failing the drug policy they should have a stupidity policy that also fines players.

His punishment is having to play 12 games for the Jaguars.

I don't smoke, even if I did, I'll never see how it's worth losing money or damaging your career over.

Do they test year round, or did he just get tested since voluntary workouts started?

Jags offense showed flashes of life last season. That game against the Texans when they put up 38 was fun to watch. I like Cecil but he will have nothing on the other side with Blackmon out.

Couldn't agree more and I love weed. But if I knew I couldn't smoke it and it would cost me millions of dollars, I just wouldn't smoke. It's not worth it
