what program doesn't have these issues? despite it all, everyone seems to somehow forget these are still college students....CLM can't hover over these kids 24/7 and he shouldn't because they need to live and learn and hopefully play a major role in their own maturity.

He will let it play out. Probably suspend him from team while charges are pending.
