I've said all along that we need a vet far more than another youngster. We lack experience, not speed.

As blues said, Phillips could be a good one.

Yeah we have them, but they are all young and haven't started a full season at OLB. This is the same reason I did not want to draft an OLB in the first.

It would be nice to have someone who has started at least 2 years if not more.

But in the end I think we'll be fine either way. We might lack some coverage ability at OLB, but we could use Hawthorne and Herring or Chamberlain on some passing downs.

Sometimes. Other times you will need one of them to cover a TE or slot receiver(if they stay in base 3-4).

You don't always rush both OLBs. In fact, you probably rush just one more than you rush two. And the ILBs also blitz.

Too many people think the OLBs in a 3-4 rush every down. This is far from true and a big reason I keep saying we don't need 4 guys that are the same.
