If he doesn't, he should just show up to the LSU practice facility in pads on Monday and pretend like nothing happened.

This has to be the worst decision by an LSU player . Went from a potential 5-6 million contract to 250g if he gets drafted

Pull a Constanza at work, eh? I like it.

I thought and still think it wasn't the best decision

Was that wrong? Should I not have done that? I tell you, I gotta plead ignorence on this thing, because if anyone had said anything to me at all when I first started here that that declaring for the draft early when you're likely to go undrafted is frowned upon... you know, cause I've played on a lot of teams, and I tell you, people do that all the time.

Should have had his arse at spring practice getting ready to be a 1st round draft choice in 2014.

I was thinking more of this clip...
"Seinfeld - The Revenge" (After quitting his job, George Costanza returns to work like nothing happened): LINK.

Sure he went from big money to small, but it wasn't the decision that caused it; it was the injury. As good as Faulk was, he would have been at least a second rounder. If the pros' examination of his knee proved satisfactory, Faulk might slip two rounds, max, to the fourth. For him to go undrafted means his knee is not okay. Had he gone back to college his knee would still not be okay. So his decision wasn't the problem; his knee is.

This is exactly what I've been thinking the whole time.
After what happened with Will Arnold and Ciron Black, I'm not going to question a guy taking a chance and trying to get out early in this situation. The alternative might be even worse than becoming an UDFA.
It's amazing to me how many people on the Rant have actually said that a past injury should have absolutely no bearing on future injury, which is hogwash, especially for a big arse O-lineman with knee problems.

I really just don't understand why he chose to leave. Did he ever have a high draft grade? I mean if you're not expected to go in the second round why would you make that decision. He could have made a name for himself his senior year. Just plain dumb. I understand the ones who have kids and just need the money but I didn't think that was his situation unless I'm mistaken. n

The ol tough guy on the internet huh. Maybe I don't agree with your opinion dick lick. You know about as much about that kid's knee injury as everyone else on this board which is jack shite. Why don't you just keep your mouth shut and let others have their opinions as well. Maybe he's just tired of LSU but to say he's leaving because his knee will never get better is dumb. If that's the case why not enjoy the rest of your college career and get a degree. What an idiot you are. DOC what a loser. ui
