Will he last that long? Would the Saints take him if he was still there?

It is my personal opinion that he does not fit the Saints new defensive scheme.

If the saints draft a tiger left on the board, I want Chris Faulk in the 4th if he's there.

The Saints should always draft LSU players regardless of actual need!

he'll be gone in the second. most scouts have him as being the most pro ready but lower him because of less athleticism than his peers (4.5-4.6 guys). He has the long arms and high motor along with the strength to take on double teams and still produce. In a "down year" for Monti, he had 8 sacks and 12-13 TFL. Guys like Ansah, Jordan, and Mingo are going high based on the fact of their elite athleticism and pass rush skills. IMO, he stayed consistent and only got left out of the first because he doesn't run a 4.55.

I guess technically yeah. It's possible.
Realistically, I don't see it happening.

I definitely would not mind the Saints picking Sam Montgomery!! A good solid defensive player who can rush the passer would be a great choice, not to mention he's from LSU
I'm personally hoping they take Honey Badger, as are most Tiger/Saints fans I'm sure :)
