Could Cleveland try and shop Sheard for a second rounder?

Just heard the idea thrown out and thought it MIGHT work, but I don't know that they can get a second round pick for him. Do you think they're trying?

Chud said Sheard was part of the plan after the pick, and Banner said before the draft that they werent going to trade any players on the roster.
I fricking hope so though. We HAVE TO draft a corner that can play from day 1.

Sounds good, I like Sheard.

Jamar Taylor and Banks are still on the board, but how long they last into the second is unknown. I don't know that you guys will be able to package any picks though. Maybe go for Simon in the third round?

Or The Honey Bugger

Wouldn't be a bad choice. Still not sure he'll be good on the boundary, but as a slot guy he can be really good, plus you get a guy with elite return potential to replace Cribbs. Then in the fourth a guy like Alvin Bailey, Guard from Arkansas, could still be on the board.
