ESPN Should Issue a Public Apology

for INSISTING that Manti Te'o was a first-round draft pick--in spite of getting exposed as either the biggest conman or the biggest idiot in the history of college football (depending on whose side you believe), and running slower than the average offensive lineman in the 40 at the combine. I mean, the guy who knocked him on his arse in the NC wasn't even drafted in the first round. Why should he?

Of course, we are talking about the same television network that tried to convince the country that Bernie Fine molested little boys, Mickey Loomis wiretapped the Superdome, and Duke lacrosse players raped some woman.

They'll probably just double down now and insist that they're right and all of the NFL GMs are wrong. It wouldn't surprise me.
