That's just it. Prices haven't gone down.

No, but the 20 years since NAFTA we've had historically low inflation. Correlation is not causation, but still.

Estimates and "Reduced Oil and Grocery Prices" is bullshitee.

I won't argue there are advantages, but to say "FAR" more is outrageous.

Based on what? I give you a link showing this and you still call BS. This is precisely why I said trying to prove something to someone who has already made up their mind is pointless. Your belief is wrong and, even with evidence proving it, you still disagree.

Not, it's not even remotely close to outrageous, except to someone who really, really wants to believe the contrary.

You don't need an agreement for free trade.

Your link is weak bs to be honest. I'm not going to argue some positives, but overwhelming positives is nonsense.

But link legit sources to persuade me.

My argument of product quality and job losses have not be refuted.

The premise of your argument, literally, is "just because". Spare calling anything weak when you have nothing but personal opinions to offer.

Maybe not, but we have different products than we did 20 years ago. If the same products that were made in Central America and East Asia were made in the United States, they would be priced exponentially higher.

PNTR was a bigger game changer than NAFTA, IMO.

It's better than ok, it's great. What's wrong with market economy?

Nothing is more capitalist than free trade through NAFTA. To protect domestic businesses that can't compete in the global market simply because they're domestic is socialist-style protectionism.

Those of you who want freer markets, few things promote that better than free trade agreements like NAFTA.

You don't need an agreement for free trade. The fact that there is an agreement at all means that both gov'ts got involved which means concessions of some sort where made meaning its not really free trade.

Free trade doesn't need an explanation THIS wordy.

NAFTA has been an overall success

We basically had trade tariffs on all imported goods. The price for foreign goods inside the US were extremely high, plus they did the same to our products.

This has been my biggie. I just dont see why all politicians dont see this. NAFTA sent a lot of our high paying jobs out of the country. Minimum wage jobs are not for making a living. They are for teenagers, students, part time for a second income. I think NAFTA is destroying the American dream for many people. It makes me sad, because our country could be so much better.

I like your stats but they mostly list the amount of change in american exports. This is how to lie with statistics. How about posting how much the Mexican exports picked up.
