Brined a pork roast with salt and Steens, roasting now. Sweet potatoes , broccoli au gratin, Chardonnay .

I'd like to know how that turns out. I've read about duck done in Steen's.

I have that issue. There's one about 3 blocks from me and if I pass by it going home, I sometimes am overcome and must get back in the car and retrieve some wings.

I've been doing smoothies for breakfast and supper and then eating lunch. But my sister mentioned Popeye's for tonight, and now I just gotta have it.

:I've been meaning to try a variation of that recipe you posted but with a wild duck or goose. most likely one of the speckled belly geese I've got in the freezer. I'm going to ask you to repost that recipe in the next few weeks and ill give it a go.
