He was/is a kid, maybe he has learned something from that experience.

I don't see how that interview leads anyone to believe he is an LSU lean. Actions speak louder than words. Him going to Bama twice in one month leads me to believe than he is a Bama lean. He might like LSU but want to play out of state.

Some kids have never left the state and it is exciting for them. Kind of like a trip to Disneyland in a way. I assisted with Justin Hunter's recruitment until DJ McCarthy was let go. Justin was leaving the state no matter what and he is a great kid. Let's just hope Cam feels things in a different way than Justin...

Not trying to argue with you, but with that logic Landon Collins should have been all LSU because he made it to most of our games last season.

he also made a ton of visits to Bama

I still think LSU can find another elite OT (doesn't have to be a 5*) somewhere and the difference won't be so astronomical it warrants a meltdown around here. Just sayin'.

there will not be a meltdown by me, we are really deep at o line with young talent....this position is the least of my worries

Agreed. I just find the nervousness of the board whenever a prospect might end up elsewhere a little overboard.

If he moves on, no one thinks LSU can just move on to the next prospect?

There's ONE case where they didn't play by the rules and have a fall-back, and it's looking more and more like he'll end up at LSU.

But as far as anyone else, just move on. There's absolutely no doubt in my mind that LSU can recruit and land another OT that can be just as capable as Robinson.

So what if you don't get the Ferrari. Just go buy the Porsche that was second in line.

I still think there's a name out there we haven't even heard about that will end up in the class. Happens every year. Why couldn't it be an OL?
