Food is incredible. How awful is the customer service though? I waited in line for so long.

I hate it when they don't have my food sitting under lamps ready to be bagged up.

It's amazing Popeyes is still in business considering how awful their employees are.

The one on Sherwood is worse. I went there a while back and asked the lady what the new sauces were and she said she didn't know but that they were listed on the side of the building. Will never go back.

More of a cultural and personality issue. You don't see minimum wage workers at other fast food places do such a shitty job.

CFA and Canes pay employees more

McD, BK, TB, Popeyes.. All of their workers suck. If you already know that then don't eat fast food

They're usually pretty nice to me there, which is great because I almost always have to wait because they're out of something.

The last few times I've been there the few employees working all seemed to be trying their best (not just standing around doing nothing); unfortunately, they always seem to be short-handed because people didn't show up for work or called in sick. The Burger King across the street has a similar problem of understaffing, but the McDonald's on Essen not far from there never seems to be short and usually is pretty quick and accurate. I never could figure that out, because it seems like they all pull from the same pool of potential employees.

I've always felt McD had good employees.

Every Popeye's is like that.

It's not a cultural thing. It's a corporate thing. As someone said, all the fast food joints pull from the same potential employee pool. Popeye's just doesn't train them properly. Although they do seem to have more problems with the English language.

Chickfila gets a lot church going high school honor student type employees because of their values and their scholarship programs for employees. Popeyes on the other hand...
