Have family from Chicago that want to eat a New Orleans cuisine lunch preferably around Magazine/Garden District. Was looking to go to Joey K's again but they're closed on Sunday. TIA

doubt you can get into commanders, they have brunch until about 2pm

Patois .. Atchafalay .. Commander's ... they're all doing brunch. plus it's probably not very easy to get a table.

I mean nothing wrong with it if they want to do brunch .. there's "New Orleans" spins on normal brunch food at those places.

Again, I think Ignatius is the best bet plus it's not all that expensive.

La Petite is great. Coquette is open too.
