3 Doors Down Bassist Charged With Homicide

Doctors pronounced the truck's driver dead after he was transported to a nearby medical facility, according to TMZ.
Meanwhile, Harrell escaped relatively unscathed with only minor injuries.
Police revealed that the troubled musician appeared intoxicated during routine field sobriety tests.
During questioning he reportedly confessed to consuming hard cider and self-medicating with pain pill Lortab and anxiety reliever Xanax.
Later, authorities uncovered additional Xanax, Oxycodone and Oxymorphone pills hidden in one of his socks, according to the website.

+10000 I knew someone who died from a Xanax, oxy, jack Daniels cocktail and seen many others nearly die in the ER when their friends drop them off at the entrance
