Excited about a new IP, but...not so excited about this. Survival horror isn't exactly my area of interest.

You saw the back of a main character, some enemies that will most certainly be in the game, and like the references or implications of what the story will be.

Right but it was all IRL video. I mean, I get it, the guy was supposed to be a guy in the game and all. Just think its quite strange that they used 0 gameplay in it. Its Bethesda so its going to be great, just a strange way to go about it.

Ads such as this are done to gauge player interest in the game idea.
Its kinda like the ad for Cyberpunk 2077. It shows no gameplay, but the idea is really exciting and the gaming community responded strongly to it.
