Spotify if you're willing to pay or Tiny Shark Downloader if you're not. It downloads straight from Grooveshark so it has almost every song and most of them come with album covers.

I use a Youtube>MP3 converter. Make sure to find videos on Youtube that are HD. They tend to have the best quality.
