Watched this on Netflix just now and it was surprisingly very good. I had never heard of it before but I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good scary movie.

Kind of hard to say what it's about without spoiling much but basically a girl goes back to her childhood home for her mothers funeral to find it haunted and begins to unravel the family secret

Yes they did low budget really well and I thought the story was great. I think they're supposed to do a sequel.
