Spurs sweep and the combined margin of victory will be over 40 points. Yes the same exact thing would of happened if Kobe was playing, the Lakers are simply not a good team.

If Nash comes back and plays well, Dwight keeps improving, and Gasol keeps healing/improving then the Lakers in 7.

Dwight's stepped up big and Steve Blake has played well. Nash will be back running D'Antoni's up-tempo offense (which I'd expect will give the aging Spurs some issues) and Gasol's still around. Elite? No. Good? Eh, pushing it.

I say the Lakers get 2 home games and are out in 6. Lakers will push the Spurs, Nuggets will nearly KO them in R2, OKC handles them in the WCF.
