Chances the Box will ever get closed bullpens?

With the dugouts getting railings this year, the open bullpens in the left and right field corners is the only thing left that really bothers me about the box. I was hoping after Rendon's injury in 2009, they would think about it. It seems like they could put one on each side of the batter's eye in the outfield.
Not really that big of a deal, but all this talk about Alex Box had me thinking about it.

I'm really surprised that this wasn't done when it was built.

They wanted to incorporate some of the same elements of the Old Box and the plans for RF at the time were to have a berm. LF was always out of play with the bleachers.

I like the pens down the lines. Adds a throwback element from original baseball fields to the Box.

was considered in plans but rejected

A better question, will they ever upgrade the bleachers in left field?

Will they ever put a radar gun in the outfield?
Will they ever set up a berm?
Will they ever make a larger student section?
Will gold seats season ticket holders see a game before the postseason?

Are there any plans of expansion in the future? Regarding more suites or adding another element to the Box. Don't get me wrong I love how the Box is currently, just curious.
Thats why they call me whiskers

Stony Brook has all that.

The real question is if the quality of the chicken tender box will improve.
The hell with all this other crap.

Good question. I would like to see it but that's not something that's pressing for me. If i had my way i'd have them fix the batters eye first. I feel like both of those could be done this offseason if they wanted to.

My next idea would be to extend the upper concourse all the way down the lines...allowing for more SRO room, concessions, and places that people can reserve for parties, etc.

This of course is 2nd only to a large berm where alcohol is allowed.

I would have to think there is some sort of plan in place for more suites in the future.

That would be sweet but also quite the undertaking.
