Who has them, and what is your experience with it? Would you recommend on or not?

Have one and had it for 2 years. Use it about every 3rd weekend and love it. For $300 it can't be beat. I've had no problem with maintaining temp control. The thermometer on the dome is about 40 degrees off, I don't use it anyway. I have a Maverick dual probe thermometer that is essential. Maverick

I use a pampered chef pizza stone as a diffuser and I'm good to go. Pick up a couple rib rack holders, upright chicken holders, and other odds/ends from Academy and you're good to go. You can also read the reviews online to get some helpful hints. Many mention the need to seal the bottom vent with high temp silicone to get an airtight fit, I didn't find that I needed it. I just couldn't spend $1000 on a BGE. So for under $400 I have the entire set up. Good Luck !

You really can't go wrong with that price. I trusted all the positive reviews before I purchased it, they were spot on ! I actually paid $279.99 for mine online.

I love mine. Cook on it 3-4 times a week. Have never sealed it and I usually just use the built in thermometer. It's a great way to learn about kamado style cooking without spending three times as much on BGE.

Been enjoying mine. Had a bit of a fire in it the other weekend while not paying attention and letting butter on corn on the cob drip into the flames. Dumped water on it shut down the valves closed the lid and smoke was coming out all over I've done steaks pork chops andribs and they have all been fantastic
