They should have free beer mixed with clamato juice nights. May get to their demographic

In any other ballpark the Nats might've just jacked 3 consecutive hr's.

It's really a shame. That's a nice venue. I wouldn't mind seeing it reconverted to use for football

Zephyrs might draw better than that.

What's wrong with the dolphins stadium? Serious question, never been there

The Dolphins stadium is about 30 minutes from Miami, from what I understand.

It's relatively old first of all (1987) and it's in the middle of nothing and 30 minutes away from everything (including close to an hour from Miami's campus)

been like that for years. no draw at all. some of the biggest bandwagon fans in the country along with miami heat. the fins probably have the most die hards compared to the marlins, cheat and panthers. not saying that is much.

The Marlins are worse than the Astros. Fact. Now get off our nuts and talk some shite about them for a while

It doesn't help that their owner traded away all of the good players.

Middle of fricking nowhere. Shitty stadium, but the real problem is what I just posted about on the soccer board: the parking.

I went to Chelsea-AC Milan last year in the Dolphins Stadium, and the weather was not too bad.

Parking was the biggest clusterfrick of all time. I do not blame any Miami "fans" for not attending games there. It took absolutely forever to park. They were fricking clueless.

Unlike most of the older stadiums, it was made specifically with football in mind.
I'm glad that it's a good 30-45 minutes north of the city though.

Edit: I don't remember the parking being that bad, but I haven't been since I was a kid back in 97.

It literally took 45 minutes from the time we entered the stadium parking lot road to get into our parking spot. The people in charge were unfathomably stupid. It was also $25, which is pretty fricking insane considering the abortion of a job they did. We should have gotten there in plenty of time to be in our seats before kickoff. Fortunately, the game started late, so we only missed under a minute of play.
