This season has changed my mind about Kobe

I never liked Kobe. Thought he was over hyped in an over hyped city when drafted. Held up as the "next" MJ. (Even though if anyone has ever looked, played and had the same intensity as MJ, it is Kobe) Then Shaq came to town and the feud began. Deepening my dislike for Kobe.
My opinion changed with one moment at the All Star game. The Block. Who else in the league would be playing that hard on defense in an All Star game. Or should I say what "Top Level" NBA player would? Maybe its because I am getting older and I can sympathize with Kobe's getting older. But I now truly feel that he may be the last of the "old guard" players. And I will be sad when he leaves. I hope this injury is not the end for Kobe.

Kobe is awesome.
I saw him at mass one day in downtown Houston. Lakers were playing the rockets that day.

I came around to Kobe after the shaq trade ( Shaq was a baby) and when that girl falsely accused of him of rape. guy was warrior.
has unknownknight been around since the injury or is he in hiding.

He paid too much in the settlement to be considered an all-time great rapist.

After reading his Facebook post, I've gained a ton of respect for him. Once you see how his brain processes things, it is a lot more understandable how he handled the Shaq situation and other things. Dude is a competitor at heart, and I can respect that.

I agree, he has changed my mind this season
also...he can certainly be a douche but you can't
question his desire to win. Pretty impressive that
he's still (was) playing at such a high level considering
he's played the equivalent of 20.5 seasons when
you figure in playoff games and Olympics

Now why would any woman want to sleep with a multi-millionaire sports celebrity superstar? Surely not for a paycheck. Surely not. Surely kobe can only get pussy when he rapes a woman. His wife is awful looking too
And it is that type of thinking that allowed him to get away with it.
He sure was afraid of his deposition for a reason. It should make you wonder what information he was trying to keep from going public. I can promise you this...it was not other alleged consensual affairs.
