Vin Scully reported it on the broadcast...from the Dodgers' general manager.

In hindsight Greinke should've have gone Chen Ho Park on his arse with some karate and protected his upper body

MLB Network just showed from 2009 Greinke threw at CQ's head early in a game, then came back inside later that game and actually hit him. So there's the beef.

Just saw that. Interesting. They just ran the Greinke injury on the bottom screen crawler also.

It looks like the injury occured during the initial collision. Quick Pitch guys said Jerry Hairston Jr will be on the show next week and should give the details.

They should throw at CQ every time he bats until ZG comes back.

I have no dog in the fight, but because CQ has been thrown at by Greinke before, I don't see more than 5 games. It's not like the injury to Greinke is going to factor into the suspension.

Btw, Kemp is going to have to learn to play through some pain before I start mentioning his name up there with the best in the game.

Yeah Kemp boned me on my fantasy team last year. This was after he was talking about having 50/50 aspirations

Not familiar with collar bone injuries, but they are quick to recover from right?

Mattingly was quoted and said CQ shouldn't be allowed to play until ZG is back. Fat chance but I can't wait to see the retribution on Monday. Even if CQ is suspended he will likely appeal it until they aren't playing a divisional opponent.

Quentin has been hit by 115 pitches since he made he debut in 2006. That's despite playing 100+ games only 3 times and never playing more than 131 games.

In that same time ARod has only been hit by 69 pitches. Jeter 60 times. Pujols 39 times. David Ortiz 91 times. Youk 95 times. Fielder 95 times. Braun 48 times. All huge names that would be "payback" targets, yet not close to Quentin despite playing much more

Quentin gets hit because the dumbass doesn't move out the way. Then he charges the mound. What a bitch. He should be suspended until Grienke can pitch again.

These teams have a 3 game series coming up next week @LA. Should be very interesting if Quentin is back.
