Blender made?

i actually got a NutriBullet, so it mixes everything up really well. I even leave the skin on the apples and it's smooth enough to drink through a straw.

I think I'm going to make a crawfish and quinoa salad with leftover boiled crawfish. Of course, I'm out of quinoa, so we'll have to see if my husband comes back from the store with the right stuff.

I will take a pic if it's good!

My egg elected a new pope. It was salmon and asparagus on a cedar plank. Salmon had been waiting in the wings in soy, oil, brown sugar and lemon juice.

Boss won tonight. Great meal.

La Boca: 2 Of Us Split

Gaucho Plate (Homeade Sweetbread, Choirzo, Beef Skewer & Empanada) with Chimichur, Horseradish Cream, and Roasted Red Pepper Sauces

Hanger Steak @ Medium Rare with Side of Spooned Kosher Salt

Outside Skirt Steak with Skin - Essentially Crispy Bacon/Fat Attached

Grilled Asparagus

3 Argentina Malbecs (Assorted)

Divine meal. Ive fallen n love with the skirt with skin/fat. Incredible. VERY similar to how I cook my duck breasts.

No pics. Thought about it. Hmm.

Drunken noodles. Mild by Thai standards is my version of spicy. I wonder what it would be like if I asked for it really spicy. Maybe some things are better off unknown.

No pressure..........but did hubby come through?

If not, how did you improvise?

He brought back a quinoa/brown rice mixture. I didn't improvise. I went back to the store and bought the right stuff. It was late, so I put it all together and will eat it tomorrow.

Quinoa, crawfish (and crawfish juices & fat), arugula, feta, pine nuts, red onion, and a few good squeezes of lemon juice (I am so boring with the ingredients that I use in dish after dish). Plus, extra seasoning because the crawfish seasoning wasn't enough for all the ingredients. I had a few bites, and it was good, but it will be better tomorrow.

Quality control to the core. Gotta love it. I can hear the grumbling......and then the forgiveness.

The rest of that dish sounds fantastic.

We do a close variation of that: a seared sirloin arugula salad, with mostly those ingredients.
