Regular vs fume free oven cleaner

For the same price, I'm not sure why anyone would opt to choose fumes, unless it cleans better. Which to go with and why?

# 1 Fume free is not "Fume Free"
# 2 Fume Free does not clean as well as the lye based cleaners.
* Note I do not clean ovens, I clean 50 year old caked on cast iron cookware.
