I keep a Yahoo Finance and CNN Money tab open all day long. I keep several stocks that I have interest in and read articles, message boards, opinions, etc.

CNN Money has a link to StockTwits as well, which is good if you can sift through the shite at times.

Also, fatwallet.com has a message board for investing that I check periodically.

My response is more geared toward specific stocks, as opposed to the market as a whole.

The Money Talk board here cannot be beat IMHO!

So where would you refer someone who knew zilch (for the most part) about the market as a whole?

This topic comes up often, search this board for books to read or something like that. I have a list written down that i add to when I see a new book recommended.

I cannot find the list at the moment btw.
