I work nights so when I get off at 7a, i want real food. So while i sit here and eat leftover roast, rice and gravy at 9am, i ask, how often do you eat breakfast that isnt traditional (eggs, bacon, oatmeal, pancakes, etc)?

All the time--I like leftovers better than many/most breakfast foods.

I eat breakfast about 3-4 times a week. Maybe 1 of those will be traditional breakfast. I'm actually about to have a meatball poboy.

I will eat leftovers cold right out of the fridge in the morning. My wife thinks I'm
I can't stand to see food go to waste and sometimes if I don't eat the leftovers they will end up being thrown away. Therefore, unless my wife specifically asks me not to eat them, I "clean" the fridge of leftovers.

A fusion of breakfast and dinner idea. Beat some eggs in a bowl, place as much cooked rice that will go into the bowl and be covered by the eggs. Chop some green onions. Heat a saute pan, and spoon the egg mixture into it, top with the green onions. It will spread like a pancake, and should be treated as one. When the top starts to seem to being dried out then flip, top with some cheddar. On both sides the rice will have a slightly browned appearance. Top with picante sauce.

I never eat "breakfast foods". I had red beans and rice this morning. Barbecue chicken yesterday.

Probably traditional
Adkins bar or shredded wheat or raisin bran or cheese toast or yogurt or if Saturday omlet. On Sunday usually nothing.
Always have as much coffee as I can get inside of me.
I have dreams of leftover pizza , but there never is any leftover. I daydream about leftover Chinese takeout out of those white cartons (not styrofoam - hate that stuff) but to my knowledge I have never ordered take out Chinese and have never asked for a doggie box when leaving a Chinese place. Actually when the Thai place came to Meridian I gave up Chinese. Also never order Thai to go or ask for doggie bag.
Maybe once before I die I'll do leftover fried rice for breakfast. Need to work on that bucket list line.

Actually I'm the opposite. I'll eat pancakes, grits, omelettes, for dinner all the time.
About the only time I eat non breakfast for breakfast is pizza or leftover steak with eggs.
