if I remember right, you have to micromanage like a boss. Have your infantry go prone behind cover. Have specialized troops for certain scenarios. And if you see enemy Heavy Armor and aren't equipped to deal with it, run like hell. Cause just one tank will wipe out your entire force pretty quick if you don't pay attention

The little things that this game does it does very well. For instance, set up a .30 call squad and pin german troops, then drop mortars on them. Kaboom. Take High ground against assaulting troops? Your squad wins. It really puts a premium on strategic consequences of terrain and cover. And I'm a big fan of resource acquisition by capturing and holding territory. You can really turn the tide of a battle by capturing one strategic point and cutting off the enemy supply lines.

My one complaint about this game is the archaic update system that doesnt work and forces you to go to the THQ website an manually download updates. Last time I reinstalled windows, it took me almost two hours to get the game updated and running correctly. Hopefully, COH2 will correct this.

Anyone want to try and actually beat the computer on easy?
