Ok, post victory thoughts.

- machine gunner range is slightly reduced
- Elephant is 5 command point unlock for one commander
- there are only four unlockable german commanders
- opel blitz truck commander is gone (he was way too OP)
- there must be a reduced cost for Russian infantry because they are all over the place now and with reduced machine gun spread I am constantly having to adjust
- they moved the german arty halftrack to stage 4
- The arty halftrack is far more effective then it used to be

I'm due time Jeff, in due time. Got to pump out LMG first and keep it adjusted while your grenadier moves from spawn.

You need to swap grenadier with LMG. You will lose 1v1 going up against conscripts with grenadier. You have to gamble that you can suppress 1 or 2 conscript squads with the LMG while bringing in grenadiers to support. As for your question it depends on what I'm encountering. A lot of infantry means second LMG and anything else means second grenadier. While that is happening you have to tech up and get out a half track since losing one or two soldiers means borderline squad retreat without resupply.

Yeah sometimes my LMG gamble doesn't pan out and conscripts skirt around the firing arc and then they have to retreat or are wiped out. That leaves my engineers at whatever point they are capturing and my grenadiers halfway to the rally point - not a good situation

I think across the board the Russians have better infantry because they all have more numbers and offensive capabilities. I got beat to that church next to the fuel point on Oka River (my dudes were at the freaking door it was BS) so I had to waste time upgrading a engineer to get a flamethrower. Whereas I've had the reverse happen and the conscripts come with a cheap molotov that has instant effect.
