I like it with fruit. It's good with penne and a meat marinara.

I'd say very underrated.

I likey it much. It is one of the ingredients in the cheese mixture I use for lasagna. A simple fruit salad with it is great.

Never liked it, so would say its rating is correct

It's sucking hind tit in the cheese world IMO. I like it in lasagna though..

I'm not a fan of anything that resembles a yeast infection.

There's not a notch on the scale low enough for cottage cheese, imo.

Full fat cottage cheese with sriracha is great. Low fat cottage cheese is horrific.

I love it especially with fresh ground black pepper. I like it better than ricotta in lasagna but I mix the two together, sometimes.

I used to make a cast iron burger seared and the top it with cottage cheese mixed with some pepper and L&P. put that in the oven to finish the burger. Good stuff. May have to resurrect that. I'll post a photo when I do but it won't be for the weak at heart. Oh and caramelized onions done in the cast iron with the burger remnants is divine on the burger under the CC.

I like to mix salsa and CC half and half and use it as as a dip for tortilla chips. The CC provides some protein and makes the salsa thicker.

That's the same as asking if Tulane football is underrated. It's like anything else that's flavorless and repulsive, if you add enough other ingredients it can be make edible.

Lime jello, drained crushed pineapple, Cottage cheese, cut in squares, eat while watching duck dynasty, great stuff.

Required with ricotta, parmesan, mozarella, spinach, italian sausage, egg and noodles in lasagna.

Nice with fruit, mascerated strawberries, cantaloupe, peaches.

Pretty good with cinnamon and splenda.

I can do more if I think.

I like it straight out of the tub and on a graham cracker

I used to use cottage cheese in lasagna until I discovered ricotta cheese.

Me too. The GF makes me buy a fresh pineapple and cottage cheese everytime we make groceries.
