John Peterson playing in Valero Texas Open this week

For those that don't follow golf, he has full exemption on the web.com tour which is one step below the PGA tour. But he is allowed to play in select PGA tournaments if he gets a sponsor's exemption or qualifies. He is playing in this week's Valero Texas Open and he qualified for the Masters next week with his finish in last year's U.S. Open.

I ran into him over Christmas break and got to talking about golf.
It was funny to hear him talk about him getting sorta burnt out, playing like 8 hrs a day. He said he was taking about 2 months off (December - beg. February).
He's a great guy and hope the best for him.
