Raw Bar: Flounder?

Doesn't sound appetizing.

Menu overall looks interesting though.

It does look good. I'd have a hard time deciding what to order.

I don't doubt Besh.

I agree, not my type of place.

I'll definitely try it. I think it's cool that he's serving Royal Reds, too. I love seafood, though.

The veg looks balling. Fish collar and ground shrimp/noodles dishes look good too. Everything else looks pretty "safe"

I would share that. I love funnel cakes.

I hired a guy with a funnel cake trailer to make corn dogs, funnel cakes and a few other things for an office crawfish boil. Used him for a number of years. It was heavenly. His wasn't one that went to fairs. He just used it at his fun park. The thing was spotless clean. Crawfish, fried catfish, extra crunchy corn dogs and funnel cakes. Perfect.

I wonder how he plans to be so specific with his oyster selections? No way he serves all year round from those three oyster areas.
