has it been proposed that this guy is in the closet and running around on his wife with the single guy in the apartment he walked too?

Personally I walk right up to others and ask who they are what they are doing and if I can help them all the time. If I don't like the answer, I suggest they should move along.
I never do this when not packing though.

Sounds like the guy got his dates mixed up and thought you were gonna be out of town and he was gonna put his D all up in Mrs AHD's P. He was cruzin the parking lot to make sure the coast was clear when he recogized you from the picture on her nightstand and was caught offguard.
