Would you use a DH that hits leadoff or 9th?

Someone with no power no arm but gets on consistent and steals bases. This player also has ability to disrupt a pitcher just by his speed. A young Vince Coleman with a weaker arm for reference

I always found it easier to hit when I was playing, but in MLB these guys are pros so it shouldnt matter as much
interesting question, Id like the luxery of a DH that could steal so if it were one or the other Id take a leadoff

Use a DH however it best fits your team.
My dad once hit his 2 best "cleanup" hitters 3rd and 6th to maximize run potential.

I'm not saying that applies in this case or that your DH should be your best or cleanup hitter. I'm saying be un-conventional, which means use your brain.
