He went with the team most likely to get back to the SB.

Which will be hilarious when the Saints win the Superbowl this season and his dumb arse will be left scratching his head.

49ers stole him at $1.35. No risk at all, if you say you wouldn't take him at that price you're lying.

He sucks, porter sucks. Better off without. OT is next, db, lb and DLine in the draft

Awesome, he sucks

Honestly, he is very over-hyped. A good player but I would've said the same thing if he had gone to the Saints.

I don't really think he makes SF any better to be honest.

If he even starts there.

I think there was a good chance he could've helped the Saints though, especially knowing Ryan's scheme well.

I would have liked to see him here, but the pass rush is far more important IMO. If we can start getting pressure on the QB, our DBs are going to look like a completely different group out there. Bringing in another good CB and leaving him on an island for 7 seconds every pass play wasn't going to help us that much.

It would have been nice to get both though.

You didn't know that's the way it works?
He is an awesome player if we would have signed him.
Since we didn't, he sucks and no one wanted him anyways (even though there were multiple threads about that very thing).

Talk shite all you want, but I never wanted this guy.

I really don't think we need more CB's at all.

Honestly, with how our defense has performed, I think that we just need quality bodies to throw in the game. What would it hurt to have another CB to push Robinson and hopefully make him better? Frick, getting Nnamdi would have allowed us to actually bench someone when they are playing like dog crap.

we freakin' suck at CB. It is a major, major, major position of need. And, Nnamdi had proven success working under our new DC. He had the potential to be a great fit.

Definitly. The addition of lewis was solid. So was butler. We need an OT and a fast pass rushing de
