Who has a 23 foot pole? That is an awfully long pole. What about a 10 foot pole, would you touch him with a 10 foot pole?

This.

Also worried about Mingo's immediate impactablilty as well as Montgomery's work ethic.

Vaccaro is overrated too, IMO.

Conversely I'd like Edwards or Logan as a late round guy.

I can't wait to bump this in 3 years when Mingo is racking up 10-17 sacks a season.

Don't want Te'o, Moore, or Vacarro.

Minter will be a better nfl MLB than Te'o and could get him later.

Moore had a great season, but too many ifs. Only had 1 productive college season and it was after they moved him back to DE after trying him at OLB.

Don't get the hype about Vacarro. Elam > Reid > Vacarro. I get that he's considered a coverage first FS, and if that's the route we want to go get that Cyprien kid.

Werner is an interesting prospect. He's suited better for a 4-3 DE. He's very good at that. I just don't know what he can do as a 3-4 guy.

I disagree strongly. The guy was born with all the tools to be a beast in the nfl and can only get better, huge upside.

You're wrong. Not enough girth.

Mingo getting 17 sacks. I'll birth a baby before that happens.

Please don't draft Teo. If they do, he instantly becomes Saints Talk's next Shanle.

It has never occurred to you that maybe Mingo is too light to play 4-3 DE effectively and may be a better fit as a 3-4 OLB?

Nobody has said anything about him being a DE. My assumption is he is an ineffective OLB. The Saints don't need "projects"
