Good to see they have some breathing room in the pennant race

3rd place team at best especially with Axford as closer

He won't be closer for long. I don't think they'll give him the same leash they did early last year.

Congrats on the win

Speaking from a Cardinal perspective, the only competition we have is Cincinatti IMO.

I think Lohse will go back to his career average statistically speaking.

I expect about 80 more of them.

And I'm not expecting Lohse to recreate last year's performance either. Just get below 4 and i'll be happy.

Don't want another POS from y'all like Suppan.

Henderson's will get a shot. He threw some heat today and he throws it less flat than Axford.

If Henderson couldn't handle the pressure, then all hell will break loose. I dunno, maybe Gorz, Gonzales. It would be more of a mess than Detroit's closer situation.

Just read that Lucroy took fault for the HR saying he should have called for a curve. I need to check what his pitch selection was while he was striking out the side, but for him to return to 2011 success, he needs to incorporate that curve more.
