We might end up the season in 4th place in the East, but we're still the GOAT on opening day!

Great game. I was surprised at how good they looked. On the other hand, the Yanks looked weak sauce. First opening day home loss since 1982.

I think we'll be decent as long as the outfield isn't a mess. Hopefully Cowgill and Byrd are both surprisingly decent and Duda can field well enough to be the everyday LF.
The IF is going to hit. The pitching staff doesn't have much depth, but we have some young, talented arms. The bullpen is a mystery, but it can't be as bad as last season, right?
Optimism abounds on opening day.
Also, I fully expect the Yankees to be just as bad as the Mets this season... Or worse.
