I have the Americans set to record on my DVR at the same time as southland meaning one channel must be viewed or a recording will be cancelled. I was out thurs night and my wife had control of the tv so I am not sure whether she cancelled my recording or if it was not on last week.

No, it didn't show but I have no idea why. They had a movie on fx during that slot, but there was no presidential address or major sporting event to hurt ratings so I

Don't let these assholes lie to you. You missed the best episode of the year. I was shocked when Elizabeth killed Stan. You should probably divorce your wife.

One small music gripe about the last episode.
They played The Cure's "Siamese Twins" from their brilliant Pornography album, which was released in 1982.
I thought the current action is taking place sometime in spring to summer of '81, after Reagan was shot?
I know the music was just playing as soundtrack over the last scene, and not on the radio or something, but still.....
