I'm damn proud of our tradition and fan following. Makes me proud to be a tiger baseball fan!

Side note: gamecocks are a solid SEC baseball rep with both the program success and fan base as well. SEC strong!

Yeah that last bit about walking to the huddle with your head hung low and your whole family pulling for the other team was pretty depressing

Yea, you would at least think his family would be rooting for Mizzou.

Among the LSU fans, Pearson said, were six members of his own family. Born in Lake Charles, La., Pearson grew up in a family of LSU fans. It was only fitting that his "mama," aunt, uncle and three younger siblings came up to Columbia for the weekend series. "They’re all rooting for LSU, but they’re still rooting for me, too," Pearson said.

You if my child played for the other team I would manage to cheer for him this weekend. That was sad. Anyway,

I don't have kids, but yea always root for your kids. I honestly couldn't believe the Saints fans calling in to radio upset Archie would root against the Saints in the Super Bowl. Not bashing Saints fans, they are my team and always have been. Sports is sports, but family is family

frick it. It's a basketball school anyway.

Victory laps for the Mizzou team for being such good sports about it though!

Sure wish we could have gone. We live an hour away but flew in from overseas late yesterday afternoon. :(

Can't wait till LSU visit Mizzou for a football game!

I was cracking up hearing the Mizzou announcers talk about the LSU baseball program. You would think they were playing the St. Louis Cardinals.
