i'm assuming you've checked your favorite grocery store? if it's not there, try another grocery store. repeat until product is located.

Matherne's Market on Bluebonnet & Perkins makes their own andouille. Don't know about tasso.

Benoit's in Addis has excellent andouille. Open til 1:00 today I think. Not sure about Tasso.

savoie's pork tasso and andouille is pretty solid and can be found anywhere.

their smoked boudin is great, but i've had some of their other stuff and it's not that great. it's pretty bad actually.
cracklins and bbq sammiches are good as well.
it's pretty hit or not sometimes. i think he can't handle the work he's getting and has other people cooking shite and they are fricking it up.
