Anyone have a good recipe for Corn Macque Choux (sp?)? I'm looking to add it to my Easter line-up.

TIA

ETA: no fresh corn and scraping husks.....Pictsweet frozen corn and heavy cream for me.

i like browning good smoked sausage, then throwing in the trinity and garlic let that cook down.... then adding a mixture of stewed and fresh tomatoes.
add corn and let cook for as long as you choose.....
of course always taste to best cooked on a burner outside with a couple friends and some beer
