It has more to do with the matchups.
She's strong against current top meta champs, but Lee Sin, Elise, Vi, Olaf are better junglers.

Everyone else got nerfed but him (so I think his is probably incoming), he has little to no skill cap required, and I like playing other champs more.
I'm spamming Vayne, Jinx & Sivir as my ADCs to continue to learn and improve on them.
I'm still able to use Elise/Vi/Shyvana based on team comps in jungle.... and a few others including Jax & Rammus situationally.
I might even work on developing my Renekton play; although, I've held off as long as I can.
My full tank top laners aren't as strong as the tanky DPS meta champs.

It seems like riot is buffing most adcs to bring them more inline with the others but it also seems like they are nerfing some of the stronger ones. Not sure if we will see a lucian nerf or not.

Usually ban Mundo for sure if no one on my team wants him. Kass is generally someone I'll get rid of if I can't think of anyone else.
It all depends really on my team comp (premade 5's)
It's always hilarious though, when you see the most random champs banned. You KNOW that the person banning them just had a shite game against them
