Newton at 16 is utterly ridiculous. Might be the best college player I have ever seen.
Better then young and even tebow. He was unstoppable. Throw and run better then both young and tebow.

Most of u are too young but YA Tittle should definitely be on the list! 
I know he didn't play in the time but anyone who ever watched an NCAA QB & doesn't agree don't know shite about football!
