That's where they get you. You keep shopping at the walmart while I support the local grocery down the road.

I need this stupid laptop I have to run better, it's a panasonic cf-52. I have posted the specs in the link. Any suggestions? May attempt to run Diablo 2 on it since they took away my air card and internet does not work everywhere.

Finally got a note 3 I can try out for an extended period of time

Paid $150 (32gb AT&T) for it, and it's in near flawless condition.

Blue, the size isn't where I thought it would land. I guess we are getting used to seeing fablet/large phones.

Bruce, sent you a couple messages. Shipped.

I wish I didn't just get rid of the 5s I had. Could of done some nice comparison tests between the note, nexus 5 and iPhone. Maybe I can try to grab one this week along with another high end android phone and do some reviews

Edit: I haven't heard back from you about that ax850 either

I had a chance to play around with an HTC one m8 yesterday. Pretty decent. Seems durable too. Watched a squaretrade durability test today comparing the 5s, n5, htc m8, and gs5.

It's definitely the highest quality phone. I'd like to get one in the near future to try out.

But I know I will always find myself wanting to go back to the nexus. It's head and shoulders above all other phones

The more I read about the N5, the less I'm inclined to think it's worth the extra $150 for my personal use. The drop test in the squaretrade video also sealed it for me. There's no way a phone that fragile will survive in this house. At this point, it's between the subsidized priced GS5 and the subsidized priced M8, and whether the water resistance and easily replaceable battery is worth it to suffer the plastic housing. That's really the only turnoff. I've done enough research into Touchwiz now to know that I'll be perfectly happy using it.

And even then, I may just say frick it and see what the iPhone 6 offers in the fall. I don't know why I'm acting like I'm in a hurry to upgrade. My 4s's current functionality when jailbroken is the baseline for what I want in my new phone (Unlimited free tethering without a tethering plan, cracked apps, IAPfree, and PandoraSkip).

HTC One over the S5 and it's not close.

Supposedly AT&T have a pretty hard lock on the bootloaders now that's making harder for cyanogenmod to crack and run custom ROMs and apps. At least for these newer phones that's a problem

64-man Close Quarters servers are just madness. I'm not man enough for that yet.
