I have the first design of the razor block, and it's not a good block. It does not have active VRM cooling. In fact, the passive acetal used for it is worse than most air cooling solutions for vrms. Hopefully, that new design has addressed that.

Yeah, according to the few sites I've read reviews on, it's one of the best performing and has active VRM cooling.

I found a pretty good 290 block round up. The aquacomputer block pretty much wrecks everyone else.

Yeah, I'm seeing that. They have an active backplate for the 290/x that is insane. VRM temps in the 20s under full load.

I hope you mean they are on another lvl when it comes to RADs and pump blocks. Still think EK and Aqua go head to head on CPU/GPU blocks but, no one can beat Aqua RADs. They are worth the price IMO.
