What's your current fan setup? I had 2 front intakes and 3 exhausts (2 were from my h220)

I have 200 intake on front, 2x120 on h100i as intake on top. Then PSU and 120 outake on back,

I'm gonna try flipping h100i and seeing what happens. I have more fans I might mod onto front aswell.

The "ideal" is front intake and top/back exhaust

My general heat tolerance for the 6000 and 7000 series is 75-80C on air with a moderate overclock, and 45-50c on water with a maxed out overclock at the highest acceptable voltage.

You should. It really makes no sense to intake from the top as hot air rises AND you want to pull the hot air off of the reservoir. The general rule of thumb is to use the front, bottom and sides as intakes and the back and top as exhaust. It's also a general rule of thumb to have more intake than exhaust.

Well I was trying to have ideal temps on the CPU by pulling cold air across radiator. I have to have a strange setup to get positive pressure with h100i exhausting

You wont see much difference at all switching them around

Check and see what your gpu fans are doing. I lowered my temps when i started controlling my fans. Basically mine wasn't going above 20%.

Another option is that I'm selling my i7-2600k and ASUS P8Z68-V pro mobo. It will outperform that Haswell because the Evo will be capable of taking it to higher clocks with far less heat. Edit: $220 shipped for both. That's how much the CPU is selling for on ebay alone.

Still up for sale? I am getting close to starting to place an order for my parts and this is looking like the best option for the money from everything I have read.

Yeah, I fixed problem already. I just installed MSI afterburner and set a new fan curve that goes to like 65% (it was just staying at 20% until 85 degrees before) and now it doesn't ever get over 60-65.

Yep, still for sale. I'm driving back from Florida through the night right now. When I get home and take a nap, we can work out the details.

I also have a hyper 212+ (non-evo). I've had the CPU under water since I got it though.

Any recommendations on a cheap hdmi hub switch? Or does it even matter, just take the cheapest one?

Do you need a splitter or a switch? Anything on Monoprice.com should do the job unless they're long runs.

I just want to be able to hook my pc and ps3 up to my monitor and want an easy way to go back and forth without unplugging every time.

Splitter on Monoprice then should be fine and inexpensive.

I'm home and rested. Do you have Steam? We can talk through there.

anybody got a reason off the top of their head why my resolution is different every other time i boot a computer? Its on a KVM switch (probably the cause).
sometimes its 1680x1050, sometimes its slightly different (1600x1000 or so)
the resolution on the other computer hooked up is always steady at 1280x1024, and im sure its not a problem with the video card.

Well, the obvious first step is to remove the KVM switch and try to replicate the problem. Probably Windows not correctly detecting your KVM switch until you manually scan for hardware changes or something like that.
