By far the best gaming purchase I've made in a good while. If you're on the fence about buying it, you should take the plunge. It's an amazing game. Especially if you have people playing with you.

Klark, have you heard of such a game? I am quite intrigued as to the idea behind a game set in, what did he call it? Edgeland? Boundary-land? Fringe-land?

I just started playing this a couple days ago as well, I like all the guns and the different look of the graphics, but I hate the way it saves games.

If I save and quit, next time I load the game I go all the way back to the last place I fast traveled. Yesterday I had to leave in the middle of a mission so I saved and quit, then when I restarted the game I had to start the mission from the beginning. All the enemies and bosses had respawned so I had to fight all of them again, kind of a bummer.

What other game would you compare it to? It almost looks like TF2 and Turok had a baby and it was this game.

Basically, TF2 and Turok had twins and then those twins hooked up producing an amazing child of inbred awesomeness.

Really, there is no game out there like Borderlands. At least I can't think of anything that comes close.

The story isn't super complicated. There are a ton of side quests that venture away from the main story line. If that is what confused people, there's this series called COD......

True, and the whole point is for everything to be extreme. Just look at the characters. Everything about the game is extreme.

Whoa, whoa, whoa...

I think we've got a bit of a misunderstanding here.

Lilith is an angel. I would definitely show her some skaggy style.

Do not make me send Tiny Tina after you.

Tiny Tina is the coolest NPC in the game. She is the bomb builder who holds a tea party for the bandit Fleshstick.

You're right, I didn't get it.

What I did get, was a nice amount on a return for Dark Souls
